The origins of this group are traced to the Mid-Atlantic Sustainability Committee which recognized Green Leasing as an important topic for our industry. This team assessed that there was limited understanding of green leasing and as a result many barriers for adopting green leasing.
Over the course of several months, team members met to discuss the opportunity, research existing documents and develop the construct of this website to provide access to information, case study and best practices. Recognizing this is an evolving practice the hope was that this site would continue to evolve with useful insights and new practices and case studies.
Anyone is invited to participate in the group and we are pleased to currently have members from all over the U.S. If interested please contact Stephen Evanko
